    Palletizer Operator
Elizabethtown, PA Pay:
Based on experience starting at $24.10/hour+ and shift premium This site manufactures DOVE chocolate Current Shift Schedule (2026) This schedule outlines the standard shifts from Monday to
Friday:
2nd Shift (Afternoon): 2:30 PM
  • 11:00 PM 3rd Shift (Night) 10:30 PM
  • 7:00 AM Shift preferences will be discussed during the screening process Future Shift Schedule (2027): Transition to a 12-hour night or day shift schedule (Further details will be provided)
Description of Role:
The Team Member
  • Palletizer Operators are responsible for the efficient production of quality products in the required quantities through using forklifts to transport products for shipping using a forklift.
What are we looking for?
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma, GED or equivalent education 1+ years' experience within a manufacturing environment Previous experience operating forklifts Proficient in computer software's including MS Office and e-mail
Physical Requirements:
Can perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation. Frequent lifting/carrying (10-50 lbs) and pushing/pulling (50-300 lbs) Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, handling, and gripping. Ability to work at elevated heights, climb stairs, lean over equipment, and operate in confined spaces. Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods, with shifts lasting 12 hours Capable of working in hot, cold and wet conditions Proficient in understanding, communicating, reading, and writing in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting operating a variety of machines Forklift certified OSHA certification Knowledge of inventory control principles Experience with SAP or other warehouse management system What will be your Key Responsibilities? Performs activities and job tasks for multiple lines and areas Operates equipment in a safe and efficient manner Takes corrective actions in solving problems to root cause level Able to assess equipment operating reliability and perform routine repairs, adjustments, and malfunction troubleshooting Performs and/or works with Maintenance to complete equipment preventative maintenance (PM) Performs quality control (QC) tasks Maintain accurate records of quality check and keeps detailed logbooks Any ad hoc tasks
