preparation within aerospace or defense manufacturing environments. ResponsibilitiesIPC / Manufacturing Support Provide expert guidance on IPC standards including:

IPC/WHMA-A-620 J-STD-001 IPC-A-610

Train and mentor technicians and inspectors Support workmanship evaluations and process improvements Assist with soldering, cable/harness, and electronic assembly best practices Help resolve manufacturing and quality issues related to: Solder sleeves Crimping Harness routing FOD prevention Rework processes Support audit preparation and corrective actions FAIR / Quality Support Prepare and review AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) Review drawings, BOMs, and revision control requirements Assist with balloon drawings and traceability documentation Support customer quality requirements and documentation packages Work with engineering and production teams to ensure compliance Qualifications Certified IPC Trainer (CIT) or Master IPC Trainer preferred Strong experience with aerospace/defense manufacturing Hands-on experience with cable/harness assemblies and electronic assemblies Knowledge of

AS9102 FAIR

preparation Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics Familiarity with high-reliability workmanship standards Strong communication and training skills Preferred Experience Aerospace or military programs Test systems / ATE manufacturing
