This full-time, on-site position is responsible for operating embroidery equipment, preparing garments for production, monitoring stitch quality, and ensuring customer orders meet our quality standards. We proudly serve schools, sports teams, businesses, organizations, and community groups throughout Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts, including Providence, Warwick, Pawtucket, Fall River, Attleboro, and surrounding New England communities. Responsibilities Operate commercial embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered apparel Load garments, thread, backing, and embroidery materials Monitor stitch quality and machine performance throughout production Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency Follow production schedules and order specifications Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with garment preparation, finishing, and packaging as needed Work closely with production and quality control teams to ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications Previous embroidery or production experience preferred Experience operating commercial embroidery equipment is a plus Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Strong teamwork and communication skills Reliable attendance and positive work ethic Why Join OSS Apparel?
