2nd Shift | Monday•Friday | 2:55 PM•10:55 PM Raise is currently hiring a contract team member on behalf of our client. They're expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader. Overview The Machine Operator will operate card production equipment to personalize debit and credit cards according to customer specifications. This role involves working closely with operators, technicians, and supervisors to meet daily and monthly production goals while maintaining high quality and security standards. Responsibilities Operate card production equipment and perform related activities Confirm work receipt Formulate and implement work priority decisions Exceed production output and quality standards Perform minor equipment maintenance and adjustments per written and oral instructions Work independently performing quality inspections on own work to production standards Maintain a clean and orderly work area Identify potential production and quality problems; recommending remedial, corrective or contingency action Work with other operators, technicians and supervisory staff to assist with problems and to an effective work environment Awareness and compliance with all security and production policies/procedures Must possess basic computer skills Maintain housekeeping standards of workstation Order supplies as needed Attend appropriate training and meetings as required Meet safety standards Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent experience Basic computer skills Basic math skills required Good communication skills in both written and verbal Strong analytical, numerical and reasoning abilities Ability to write routine reports and correspondence Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form Ability to establish credibility and be decisive•but able to recognize and support the organization's preferences and priorities Preferred Qualifications 1-3 years in experience mechanical ability 1-3 years of experience with safety rules and maintenance procedures Intermediate computer skills Physical Requirements Ability to stand and operate machinery for 6+ hours per day Looking for meaningful work?
