Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of machinery to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely. Your expertise will help ensure smooth production processes, maintain quality standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced equipment and contribute to a thriving manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Operate and monitor machinery such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, flexo presses, press brake machines, and CNC programming equipment to produce precision parts. Set up machines according to specifications using blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical manuals. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. Use precision measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and other tools to verify dimensions and quality standards. Read and interpret technical drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and blueprints for accurate fabrication and assembly. Handle materials safely within the factory environment, including materials handling, packaging, and warehousing tasks. Collaborate with team members on assembly lines, fabrication projects, or tooling setups to meet production goals. Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, quality checks, and machine logs. Qualifications Proven experience operating manufacturing machinery such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, or flexo presses in a factory setting. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on equipment. Familiarity with Fanuc controls, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), CAM programming, SolidWorks CAD software, and CNC programming is highly desirable. Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret technical drawings with GD&T standards. Experience using hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments for quality control. Knowledge of materials handling techniques and safety procedures in a manufacturing environment. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and process adjustments. Prior warehouse or factory experience preferred; familiarity with assembly lines and fabrication processes is a plus
