00 ( can change depending on experience level) Operational & Quality Duties Follow all relevant federal, state, and company regulations related to production activities. Maintain high standards of quality by adhering to internal policies, procedures, and work instructions. Monitor production processes and promptly report any irregularities or quality concerns to leadership. Complete assigned daily tasks and prioritize workload based on production needs. Use required internal software systems (including SAP) to document work and support operational accuracy. Support continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean practices and 5S organization. Keep work areas clean, orderly, and safe, reporting any hazards or improvement opportunities immediately. Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain smooth workflow and communication. Perform additional duties as needed to support department goals and company objectives. Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience in a related work environment. Ability to complete hazardous waste training within required regulatory timelines and maintain annual certification. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external partners. Experience using SAP or similar systems is preferred. Comfortable working under deadlines while maintaining a positive, customer‑focused attitude. Capable of working independently and following established procedures with minimal supervision. Physical Requirements & Work Environment Must be able to perform essential job functions in alignment with ADA, FMLA, and applicable workplace standards. Consistent, reliable attendance is required. Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, reaching, and other physical activities throughout the shift. Must be able to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours). Exposure to fumes and chemicals; proper PPE use is mandatory. Must be able to wear a respirator and pass annual fit testing. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors.
