Job Description

Packaging Operator General Labor Columbia , SC Start your new career as a Packaging Operator with MAU at Mark Anthony Brewing in Columbia, SC. As a Packaging Operator, you will ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in all packaging operations while supporting team productivity and adherence to standard procedures. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; associate degree or higher encouraged 1-3 years of manufacturing or related experience Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Must be at least 21 years of age Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Willingness to learn and share best practices What You'll Do as a
Packaging Operator:
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and all safety protocols Complete daily and weekly tasks according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Monitor and troubleshoot packaging equipment to ensure continuous operation Perform product quality inspections using basic lab equipment Maintain accurate documentation for inventory, inspections, sanitation, and production processes Communicate effectively with team members and leadership through meetings and reports Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and lubrication of equipment and work areas Report safety concerns or equipment issues promptly Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow all plant policies
