Job Description

We are actively seeking an Operator to join our growing organization in our Compounding Plant.

Summary:
Work in a team environment to safely perform the necessary operations for the production of plastics. Responsibilities include maintaining a high awareness of quality, safety, environmental conservation of energy, water and resources, and teamwork within the team.
What you need to succeed:
Mechanical aptitude; problem solving and interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to share knowledge with other team members. Ability to set priorities. Ability to self-motivate and take initiative.
