1st Shift 6am-2:30pm Job Overview OpSource Staffing is hiring Production Associates for a rapidly growing manufacturing facility in Fountain Inn, SC. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, with eligibility for permanent hire after approximately 90 days, based on attendance, performance, and business needs. Work Environment Climate-controlled facility (heating & air conditioning) Very clean and well-organized plant Positive, professional work environment Safety- and quality-driven culture About the Work The company manufactures 500+ different products Approximately 20 parts run consistently, with additional products scheduled throughout the year for specialty and custom projects Work is varied and engaging, not repetitive assembly-line production After training, associates will be placed into one of four production families: Tapers Blasters Booth Operators Finishers We are looking for people who: Have strong attention to detail Bring a strong sense of urgency and give 100% while on the clock Are self-motivated and focused Communicate well Take pride in doing quality work the right way Are safety-minded and accountable Requirements Background check Drug test Reliable transportation Valid driver's license
