Full benefits once hired on permanently OpSource Staffing is hiring Production Operators for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a reputable manufacturing partner. This position offers competitive pay, steady hours, and the opportunity to transition into a full-time role with benefits. Training required on 1st shift for several months! 1st
Shift:
Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM•2:00 PM 3rd
Shift:
Sunday night•Friday morning | 10:00 PM•6:00 AM Principal Accountabilities Perform furnace setups, breakdowns, and load equipment Complete and maintain all required paperwork accurately Inspect incoming parts and verify counts Clean parts as required Follow written and detailed work instructions Ensure lots are kept separate at all times Package parts for shipping Report any irregularities or improvement opportunities to the Supervisor Knowledge, Skills & Abilities High School Diploma or GED OR minimum of 2 years of work experience Ability to demonstrate high school-level reading, writing, and math skills Qualifications Previous forklift/hi-lo experience is a plus but not required Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Why Work With OpSource Staffing? $20/hr starting pay Contract-to-hire opportunity Full benefits after hire-on Multiple shifts available Stable work environment Apply today to get started with OpSource Staffing and take the next step in your career!
