Machine Operator

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Packaging Operators in Greenville, SC. Day and Night Shift (12 hours) What You'll Do Operate production and packaging equipment according to established specifications and procedures Monitor machines and production lines to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met Perform routine quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet company and customer requirements Complete batch records, equipment logs, and production documentation accurately Operate testing equipment and interpret pass/fail data (SAP experience is a plus) Assist with machine changeovers and basic troubleshooting when needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following company policies and procedures Operate or learn to operate a variety of manufacturing and packaging equipment Support team members and perform additional duties as needed to keep production running smoothly What We're Looking For At least 1 year of machine operating or manufacturing experience required High School Diploma or GED preferred Experience with equipment changeovers and basic mechanical troubleshooting Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively Ability to bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods of time Comfortable working 12-hour shifts Stable work history with strong reliability and attendance Ability to understand and respond to visual and audible alerts in a manufacturing environment Why Join Us?
