Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

Recruiting Solutions is seeking skilled Machine Operators for a manufacturing company in the Greer area. Machine Operators are responsible for operating equipment such as an extrusion machine, unloading the machinery, and making necessary measurement adjustments. 2nd shift positions Monday to Friday from 3-11pm. 2nd shift

Responsibilities:

Run and maintain production machines Previous extrusion and plastic experience is highly desired Set up machines and handle changeovers Ensure production is on track Troubleshoot basic mechanical or process issues Assist technicians with repairs and machine work Track downtime, scrap, and production numbers 2nd shift Machine Operators Education /

Experience Required:

High school diploma or GED preferred but not required Strong Machine Operator experience Experience in plastics, extrusion, or similar environment Comfortable making machine adjustments and handling setups Able to follow work instructions and work independently Willing to learn and grow into a Technician or Maintenance role
