3rd Shift Machine Operator and Pack Out Associate Weekly Pay | $21 - $25/hr. | Temp to Perm Provenance Recruitment & Staffing is hiring a 3rd Shift Screen Printing Machine Operator and a 3rd Shift Pack Out Associate for a local manufacturing facility in the Greer area. This position operates custom-built industrial screen printing machines used to print directly on beauty product bottles and canisters.
IMPORTANT
This role is NOT apparel, textile, or T-shirt screen printing.

Job Summary:
The Screen Printing Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, calibrating, and operating custom cylindrical screen printing equipment used in a production manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, experience printing on rigid substrates, and a high level of attention to print quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, calibrate, and operate industrial screen printing machines Print directly onto bottles, canisters, and other rigid containers Load and unload cylindrical or molded substrates onto machines Mix and prepare inks to required color, viscosity, and consistency standards Monitor print quality, registration, and alignment throughout production runs Perform pre-press checks to ensure screens are clean and properly registered Troubleshoot printing issues such as misregistration, smudging, or color variation Clean, reclaim, and maintain screens, ink stations, and printing equipment Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all safety procedures, including proper PPE use and chemical handling
Requirements:
Experience operating industrial or production screen printing equipment preferred Experience printing on rigid or cylindrical items (bottles, containers, plastics, glass) strongly preferred T-shirt, apparel, or fabric-only screen printing experience is not applicable Strong mechanical and technical aptitude Ability to troubleshoot equipment and print quality issues Excellent attention to detail for color accuracy and print consistency Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Basic computer or production record-keeping skills High school diploma or GED preferred
