Duties and Responsibilities:
Directing Team where employees are in support roles on the equipment the machine operator is responsible for. This includes oversight for pre-checks, set-ups, housekeeping, and inspections. Setting up and operating machinery to start production cycles, adjusting machine settings such as speed, temperature, or pressure as needed to meet specifications Monitoring machine performance to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and product quality, and calling maintenance or setup technicians when necessary Performing routine maintenance and minor adjustments, greasing, and inspections to prevent downtime and ensure machines operate at full capacity Inspecting parts and products using precision tools and equipment to ensure they meet quality standards and capable of making any adjustments or tool changes as required Documenting production data by maintaining logs and forms for reporting compliance purposes Handling raw materials and finished products, including feeding materials into machines, removing products, and preparing them for shipping Following safety protocols to maintain a safe and clean work environment and holding their team accountable to established safety procedures, PPE requirements, etc. About the
