Compensation:

$20.00 to $23.00 per hour + $1.50 shift differentials (3 pm to 7 am)

• Overtime pays: Time and a half after 40 hours

• Yearly increases based on quarterly performance evaluations What You'll Do Perform standard responsibilities as a machine operator within the department.

Daily communication with a supervisor, other operators, and other shifts to ensure operational objectives are met. Provide continuous improvement ideas for Safety, On-Time Delivery, Quality, Cost Reduction, and Efficiency. Support and comply with company policies and procedures as applicable. Be able to perform parts inspection as listed on the documented procedures and enter data into a computerized collection system. Demonstrate good housekeeping ability. Work in a safe manner. Safely handle materials of various sorts. Perform any additional duties as assigned by the supervisor. What You Bring High school or equivalent Able to read, write, and speak English with reasonable comfort Minimum 18 years of age Able to pass a pre-employment drug test (no marijuana test) Able to pass a physical and background check Capable of lifting to 50 lbs. Basic math skills Available with respect to required work hours Reliable, good work ethic, high integrity, and drug-free At least 1 year of experience operating industrial production equipment preferred.
