The ideal candidates will have experience operating pouching, filling, and packaging equipment in a manufacturing environment. Candidates should have strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing quality products while following all safety and sanitation standards. Requirements of the Pouching Machine Operator
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous machine operating experience required
  • Experience operating pouching, filling, or packaging machinery preferred
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to perform basic machine maintenance and adjustments
  • Knowledge of quality control procedures and production standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Responsibilities of the Pouching Machine Operator
  • Set up, calibrate, and operate pouch-making and filling machines to meet daily production goals
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure efficient operation
  • Inspect finished pouches for proper seals, fill weights, labeling, and overall quality
  • Ensure products meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements
  • Diagnose and resolve machine jams, packaging defects, and minor mechanical issues
  • Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance on equipment
  • Complete production and quality documentation accurately
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and ISO standards
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Work efficiently with production team members to meet production schedules and quality standards
