We specialize in retaining walls, Demolition, Utility excavation, pool excavation and building, septic system installation, and grading work. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and can operate with precision on job sites. This is NOT a direct hire for machine operator but can lead to advancement. Responsibilities Assist in building retaining walls and installing septic systems Perform layout and grading using a transit/laser level Prep sites properly Maintain a clean and safe job site Work efficiently as part of a crew to complete projects on time Requirements Meet in North Augusta, ride with the crew, we service areas within 2 hrs of North Augusta. Experience in excavation, grading, or similar construction work Ability to use a transit/laser level accurately Valid driver's license (required) Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work outdoors in various conditions Preferred (but not required): Experience with septic installation Experience building retaining walls Equipment operation experience (mini excavator, skid steer, etc.)
