Your Role:

Bagger Machine Operator As a Bagger Machine Operator , you will be responsible for operating bagger lines according to customer and product specifications. You will play a key role in maintaining efficiency, reducing downtime, and ensuring that all production goals are met.

What You'll Do:

Operate the machine to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot minor issues Communicate with the shift supervisor regarding any issues Achieve daily production goals set by the supervisor Follow all safety precautions, startup/shutdown procedures Track and document scrap, product quality, and production output Adhere to SQF regulations and customer specifications Maintain a clean and organized workspace Perform other duties as assigned What You Need to

Succeed:

✔ 3-6 months of Machine Operator experience ✔ Previous experience in plant operations or a related field ✔ Familiarity with plant tools and equipment ✔ Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills ✔ Ability to handle physical workload in a fast-paced environment ✔ Excellent attendance, communication, and organizational skills ✔ Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player ✔ Ability to work with a diverse group of people ✔ Requires standing, walking, and bending on concrete flooring ✔ Manual dexterity for performing computer tasks

Work Environment:
