$17.00 per hour and up, depending on experience and successful interview Shift:
6:00am - 2:30pm (day shift, Monday-Friday), OT sometimes on Saturdays Why you should apply to be a Machine Operator:

You'll be: Following plant safety and environmental policies while keeping work areas clean and orderly Operating and monitoring various machines within the cell to ensure quality production with minimal supervision Assembling products and parts using basic hand tools and measuring materials for conformance to blueprint specifications Conducting inventory inspections, maintaining production logs, and finalizing products for shipment Meeting daily production goals, understanding cycle time requirements, and meeting shift deadlines Reporting defective products or equipment and escalating material or technical issues This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have the ability to read measuring instruments and perform basic math skills (required) Bring experience or understanding of manufacturing environments and machines (preferred) Are detail-oriented, able to multitask, and focused on teamwork and problem-solving Can read blueprints, schematics, and manuals (preferred but not required) Are physically able to lift/move in excess of 50 lbs., stand, walk, stoop, and perform tasks for extended periods Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and thrive under direct supervision What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
