The Sumter Sheet Converting Facility is a 220,000-square-foot plant that houses two—86" width and 69" width ECH Will precision sheeters and 6 Packaging Lines, producing over 285,000 tons. The plant has a workforce of 125 people. Minimum Job Requirements:

At least 18 years of age Eligible for employment in the U.S. High school diploma or GED Must be willing to: Undergo a drug screen as a condition of employment and submit to random drug screens. Work a 12-hour modified rotating shift. Work holidays and weekends as they fall into the 12-hour modified rotating shift work schedule. Work in a self-directed, team-based environment Must be safety conscious, flexible, and have practical communication skills. Wear the required safety equipment. Manufacturing experience preferred. Candidates must complete qualification tests, undergo physical and drug screens, provide employment verification, undergo background checks, and meet the requirements of the Immigration Reform Act.
