Responsibilities:
Assembly and Testing:
The primary responsibility of this role is to assemble and test various machine components according to blueprints and engineering specifications. This includes meticulously following assembly procedures and conducting thorough testing to ensure functionality and quality.
Collaboration:
Work closely with engineers, designers, and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve any assembly or testing issues. Effective communication and teamwork are essential in ensuring the successful completion of projects.
Documentation:
Keep detailed records of assembly processes, test results, and any modifications made during the testing phase. Accurate documentation is crucial for quality control and future reference.
Quality Control:
Participate in quality control inspections to verify that assembled machines meet the company's standards for performance, reliability, and safety. Identify any defects or malfunctions and take necessary corrective actions.
Continuous Improvement:
Proactively seek opportunities to improve assembly processes and testing methodologies. Provide feedback and suggestions for enhancing efficiency, productivity, and overall quality of our products.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Proven experience in machine assembly and testing, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Familiarity with a variety of tools, equipment, and testing procedures is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation. Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems is a must. Strong computer skills and knowledge of PLC's are a plus. Attention to

Strong attention to detail and precision in executing assembly tasks and conducting tests. A meticulous approach is essential in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our products.
Problem-solving Abilities:
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues independently or in collaboration with team members. A proactive mindset and willingness to overcome challenges are key to success in this role.
