Job Description

What does a Machine Operator do at Falcon? You will assemble, inspect, and pack parts in alignment with our quality standards. Education /
Experience:
No manufacturing experience required, we will train you.
Skills needed for this role:
Attention to detail.
Core Hours:
1st Shift (8:00 AM
  • 4:00 PM), 2nd Shift (4:00 PM
  • 12:00 AM) or 3rd Shift (12:00 AM
  • 8:00 AM) positions are available. (Team members are generally rotated from one work cell to another every 2
  • 4 hours during their 8-hour shift.
Our 8-hour shifts include a 30-minute paid lunch break.)
