Essential Duties and Responsibilities Set up the molding machine to form cheese. Adjust machine during production to maximize productivity and product quality (Proper cheese weight, shape, and texture, etc...). Start conveyors and other equipment associated with the molding machine. Run machine during production, and make adjustments when needed. Pull cheese samples for quality testing. Record weight of cheese and average throughout the day. Maintain a clean working area during production. Work closely with vat operator to ensure a constant product flow to the molding machine. Good fine motor skills needed. Must be able to bend, twist, reach, kneel, and crouch. Must be able to lift and move up to 30 lb. Comply with all quality, safety, and work-rule requirements. Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
