Large Frame Packager/Crate Builder

Description:

Job Responsibilities Use a radial arm saw to cut lumber to exact specifications Read a tape measure accurately (down to the 1/16" - no guessing) Read and follow a job packet with detailed build instructions Operate pneumatic staple guns and nail guns safely Install face retainers on frames when required Use an overhead crane and forklift safely to move large frames Climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs. frequently, and stand for 8-12 hours per day on concrete Load Trucks as necessary

Requirements:

Education and Experience High School Diploma Prior Experience a plus Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Read tape measure and perform simple math ie: %, angles, radius, sq. ft., etc. Basic Hand Tool knowledge Comfortable with measuring, cutting, and assembling materials Proven ability to follow instructions and stay organized Safety-first mindset - especially with tools, heavy materials, and equipment Dependable and able to work full shifts on your feet Team player who communicates well and works hard Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position with some overtime varying.

First shift core hours are:
