GENERAL ASSEMBLY JOB-1ST SHIFT-TEMPORARY.

  • 3 PM (M-F $18 an hour)
Responsibilities:
  • Set up, assemble, repair, test and package final and sub-assemblies
  • Maintain required work quality and output at all work stations and assembly lines
  • Operate test equipment to ensure product meets all required test specifications, document and report any discrepancies
  • Monitor daily quality of assemblies and report all problems/discrepancies
  • May be required to train or direct work of co-workers
  • Maintain and report inventory accuracy
  • Maintain housekeeping and organization of the department and work area
  • May be required to sweep area, haul trash and perform minor maintenance of certain pieces of equipment
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including shipping/receiving functions, material handler etc.

7:00 AM

  • Personal computer skills or experience. ...
  • Previous manufacturing and/or Assembly experience.
Education:
High School Experience:
0-1 years
Qualifications:
  • Must have a high school degree or equivalent
  • Must be able to stand/walk/sit, for up to eight hours
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Should have good computer skills
  • Must have a good understanding of blue prints and operation layouts
  • Previous manufacturing and/or Assembly experience
