Machine Operator Dakotaland Manufacturing | Full-Time | Days Are you ready to build your skills in a hands-on manufacturing role where quality, safety, and teamwork matter? Dakotaland Manufacturing is looking for a Machine Operator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with equipment, paying close attention to detail, and being part of a team that takes pride in producing high-quality parts. 6:00 a.m.•3:30 p.m.Friday:
6:00 a.m.•10:00 a.m. Overtime as required Pay Range $18•22 per hour, depending on experience Benefits Include Low-cost insurance 8 paid holidays + 24 hours of floating holiday PTO 401(k) with up to 4% company match What You'll Do Operate CNC mills, lathes, and other machining equipment to produce parts within required tolerances Perform first-piece inspections and ongoing quality checks using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and CMM equipment Maintain inspection and production documentation accurately Follow blueprints, technical drawings, and CNC programs to support production requirements Report production issues, equipment concerns, or quality problems to the supervisor promptly Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow lockout/tagout procedures during machine setup or maintenance Participate in safety training sessions and audits as required What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent preferred Technical training or certifications in machining or manufacturing are a plus Manufacturing experience preferred Basic ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and CNC programs Knowledge of precision measurement and inspection techniques preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team Basic math skills Desire to learn new skills and grow technical knowledge Why Join Dakotaland Manufacturing?
