Job Summary:

AtWork is recruiting skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operators for assignments with manufacturing companies across Blount County, TN. As a Machine Operator, you will operate manufacturing machinery, perform maintenance tasks, conduct quality checks, and collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor assigned machines according to procedures and guidelines. Perform routine machine maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime. Conduct quality checks on products and make necessary adjustments. Troubleshoot machine issues and address malfunctions promptly. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications preferred. Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Basic computer skills and ability to understand technical manuals. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
