SHIFT/HOURS
12-hour rotating 2-2-3 work schedule. 1 st shift starts at 7 am- until 7 pm
Starting Pay:
$22.08/hour, with the ability to earn more We are currently seeking an Entry Level Saw Operator to join our team. As a Finishing Saw Operator, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing process, ensuring precision cutting and finishing of various materials. This position requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Be Responsible For:
Operate saw machinery to cut materials according to specifications. Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure accurate and efficient cutting. Inspect finished cuts for quality assurance and make any necessary adjustments. Collaborate with team members to prioritize and complete tasks within designated timelines. Perform routine maintenance on saw machinery to ensure optimal performance. Maintain a clean and organized work area, always following safety protocols. Complete production reports and maintain accurate records of materials used and projects completed.
What You Will Need:
High School diploma or GED. Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety. Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment and ability to lift heavy objects. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Must pass company background check and drug screen.
