This role is a great fit for candidates coming from manufacturing, production, warehouse, construction, mechanical, or hands-on backgrounds. Pay & Schedule Starting pay: $21.50 - $23.00 per hour 12-hour shifts (2-2-3) Work only 15 days per month Day and night shifts available Opportunities for overtime

Responsibilities:

Operate automated manufacturing and production equipment Set up and calibrate machines for production Monitor machines to ensure quality standards Inspect finished components for quality assurance Troubleshoot minor production or equipment issues Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow safety procedures and 5S standards
