Job Description

Syrup Mixer - $22/
Hour Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30
PM Pay Rate:
$22.00 per hour We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Syrup Mixer to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and mixing syrup batches according to established recipes and quality standards. This position plays a key role in ensuring the consistency and quality of our products. Key Responsibilities Accurately measure and mix ingredients according to company recipes and production schedules. Operate, monitor, and maintain syrup mixing equipment. Perform quality checks throughout the mixing process to ensure product specifications are met. Adjust ingredient quantities as needed to maintain consistency and quality standards. Record ingredient usage, batch numbers, and production data accurately. Follow all safety procedures and GMP standards. Assist with inventory control, ingredient storage, and stock rotation. Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas to maintain a safe and hygienic environment. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred; food and beverage experience is a plus. Ability to follow detailed recipes, procedures, and production instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic math skills for measuring and adjusting ingredients. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
