Job Description

Randstad is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operator to support industrial plant operations for a McDonald, TN area company. This is a critical role responsible for operating machinery to ensure optimal production output while strictly adhering to safety and quality standards.
Pay & Schedule Rate:
$23.00/hr
Shift:
Friday - Sunday | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM ☀️ (Weekend Warrior Shift!)
Location:
130 Innovation Drive SW, McDonald, TN 37353 ️
Key Responsibilities Production Execution:
Coordinate workflow according to schedules and execute production activities.
Machine Operation:
Load/unload raw materials into machines and monitor equipment for safety and performance.
Equipment Care:
Set up, adjust, and inspect machinery; troubleshoot malfunctions with maintenance.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate operational records and production performance reports.
Mentorship:
Train and mentor new operators on procedures and best practices. ✅
Requirements Physical:
Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs (team lift), bend, stoop, walk, and stand throughout the shift.
Experience:
Proven experience as a Manufacturing Operator or in a production role within an industrial setting.
Education:
High school diploma, GED, or relevant collegiate degree/certification.
Compliance:
Must be a US Person due to the nature of the work.
Skills:

Maintain accurate operational records and generate reports on equipment and production performance. Train new operators and ensure all staff adhere to operational protocols. Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and enhance production processes. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Ability to train and mentor new operators on procedures and best practices.
