Job Description

Material Handler / Saw Operator / Shipping & Receiving We are seeking a dependable and versatile individual to join our team as a Material Handler / Saw Operator / Shipping & Receiving Associate. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to support multiple operational areas within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Perform shipping, receiving, and raw material handling operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Receive, inspect, and maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials and shipping supplies Load and unload trucks using a tow motor/forklift Operate production saw equipment daily to cut materials to specification while performing routine saw maintenance Prepare, stage, and distribute materials for production in accordance with manufacturing schedules Maintain physical and digital inventory records, including BOM management, labeling, and tracking of returned or unused materials Ensure all materials, inventory, and documentation are properly tagged and labeled in compliance with AS9100 standards Wash, package, and prepare parts for shipment according to customer orders and production schedules Follow established procedures to ensure parts are cleaned, packaged, and processed accurately and efficiently Coordinate outbound shipments, including packing, labeling, pallet wrapping, and shipment preparation Accurately enter inventory, shipping, and production data into company tracking systems and databases Maintain organization and cleanliness throughout work areas, including Hall 2, storage areas, and surrounding facilities Coordinate scrap material organization and disposal as needed Perform local deliveries and assist with light facility maintenance duties when required Core Qualifications & Strengths Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and quality Ability to work independently while maintaining workflow and production schedules Familiarity with manufacturing operations, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processes Commitment to workplace safety, cleanliness, and quality standards Valid Tennessee driver's license required Must be able to pass a drug screening Ability to frequently lift up to 40 lbs and occasionally lift up to 80 lbs We are a Tennessee Drug Free Workplace. Must be able to pass a drug test.
