Greeneville, TN Job Description We are currently interviewing for Assembler positions in Telford, TN! This role offers an exciting opportunity to work hands-on in a manufacturing facility, utilizing mechanical skills and factory experience to support assembly line operations. This company is clean and climate controlled and offers an outstanding benefit package! 3rd shift $18.70 per hour paid weekly Duties Assist with assembly tasks across the production floor Support the assembly line by assembling components using hand tools and mechanical knowledge Conduct routine inspections of equipment and materials to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean, organized workspace in the manufacturing facility to promote safety and efficiency Assist with inventory management, including loading, unloading, and stocking supplies in the warehouse area Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including ESD shoes and machinery procedures Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and troubleshoot mechanical or operational issues promptly Requirements Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred Proficiency in operating hand tools, power tools and warehouse equipment Mechanical knowledge or background supporting assembly line tasks is essential Experience working with assembly processes and using hand tools for detailed work Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely (up to 50lbs), and perform physically demanding tasks Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety procedures Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills and improving processes High School Diploma or GED Basic math skills www.
