Shift:

Monday•Thursday, 6:00 am•4:30 pm

Full-Time Opportunity:

Machine Operator:

Machine Operation:

Set up work areas and safely operate equipment according to established procedures.

Material Management:

Secure necessary supplies and efficiently feed materials into the machine.

Product Finishing:

Stack, label, and band finished products/components for shipment.

Quality Assurance:

Inspect materials and finished goods against standards and maintain accurate production records.

Safety & Inspections:

Perform pre-shift equipment checks and follow all safety and quality protocols.

Workplace Organization:

Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.

Team Engagement:

Participate in safety meetings and Continuous Improvement (CI) programs.

Support:

Assist with other duties as assigned to support production goals.

Skills and Experience:

What You'll Bring as a

Preferred Candidate:

6 months experience operating industrial machinery in a manufacturing or assembly setting. Strong mechanical aptitude for setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance Proficiency in reading and understanding production specification and operations manual.
