Sunday-Thursday | 11:00 PM-7:00 AM Looking to start or grow your manufacturing career? We are currently hiring Machine Operators for 3rd shift! This is a great opportunity to join a clean, modern, and supportive work environment with competitive pay and advancement opportunities. Training Provided Initial training will take place on 1st shift (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM) for a few weeks before transitioning to the regular 3rd shift schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate grinding machines (Stahli or Blanchard models)
- Install, change, and dress grinding wheels
- Inspect and measure parts for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot basic machine issues
- Complete production and inspection documentation
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous grinding machine experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 33 lbs
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
