Join our team as a Machine Operator / Robotics Trainee and develop your skills in advanced manufacturing and robotics! We're seeking motivated individuals with manufacturing experience who are eager to grow and thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate manual or semi-automatic machines using engineering drawings and specifications Enter simple data into computerized production machines (no programming required) Monitor machine performance and conduct quality control checks Inspect finished parts against accuracy and quality standards Complete routine inspections and production documentation Make machine adjustments and perform basic maintenance as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Use measuring tools such as tape measures and micrometers Participate in continuous improvement projects and team training Assist with rework, repairs, and other production tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing experience required Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings/blueprints Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Experience using measuring tools (micrometers, tape measures, etc.) Willingness to learn robotics and advanced machine operation Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
