Your mechanical knowledge and attention to detail will ensure that each project meets strict quality standards while maintaining safety and productivity. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment dedicated to excellence and continuous improvement. 1st, 2nd and Weekend shifts are available. Duties Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines, ensuring accurate cuts according to detailed blueprints and technical drawings Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications to produce precise parts Program CNC laser equipment using appropriate software, making adjustments for optimal performance and quality Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting on laser machinery to minimize downtime Conduct inspections of sheet metal parts for defects or deviations from specifications; document findings accurately Support assembly processes by preparing parts for final assembly or further machining as needed Experience Proven experience operating CNC laser cutting machinery in a manufacturing setting Hands-on experience with tooling setup, calibration, and maintenance of CNC equipment Knowledge of safety procedures related to machine operation Prior experience with quality inspection protocols to ensure adherence to specifications and standards If interested please contact our office at 865-263-9110
