Job Description
Position Summary:
To operate various types of machine shop equipment, including but not limited to CNC mills and lathes, saws, sanders, drill press.Regular Hours:
Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm "XPTO": In addition to company provided paid time off, starting day one employee can earn up to 60 hours of paid leave within in a one-year period.Referral Bonus:
$500 referral bonus when someone you refer to apply is hired! (New employee who are referred, must work at least 90 days for referee to receive $500 bonus, no limit on number of referrals!)Benefits:

- Keep equipment fed with raw stock.
- Make adjustments to machine
- Load and replace tools
- Deburr cut pieces.
- General maintenance on machine and work area.
- Continuous 5S practice within department.
- Conforms to all plant policies and procedures.
- Obeys and enforces all safety rules.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications and Skills:
- Industrial background preferred.
- Basic machining experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to do basic math required.
- Excellent attendance history required.
- Blueprint reading required
