What You'll Do:

Set up and operate laser cutting machines to cut steel materials Load and unload materials safely and efficiently Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges Make CNC program adjustments to improve performance Perform routine maintenance (cleaning, lens checks, consumables) Troubleshoot machine issues and minimize downtime Work with production and quality teams to meet deadlines Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements

What We're Looking For:

1-3 years experience operating laser cutting machines in a manufacturing environment, preferably in steel fabrication. Experience with CNC controls and laser software (Trumpf, Bystronic, Amada, Mazak, etc.) Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Experience with nesting software is a plus Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Comfortable lifting 25 lbs and working on your feet

Pay:

$21.00 - $27.93 per hour
