Machine Operator - $18

AccuForce has immediate Machine Operator JOBS in Morristown, TN! Machine Operator is responsible for operating numerical control machines to produce precision parts according to engineer drawings and specifications. This role ensures quality, efficiency and adherence to safety and operation standards.

Job Responsibilities:

Operate Machines (lathes, mills, grinders, etc.) to produce parts within tolerance Load raw materials and unload finished parts Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, etc. Perform basis machine setups (tool changes, offsets, part loading) Monitor machine operation and make minor adjustments as needed Inspect parts using precession measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges and other tools of the trade) Identify and report defects, tool wear and machine issues in a timely manner Keep work area neat and organized according to 5S standards Follow all Safety procedures and company policies

Required Sills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in machine operator (1 to 3 years) Ability to read blueprints Basic math skills including decimals, fractions & tolerances Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast paced environment
