Machine Operator - Day Shift

POSITION SUMMARY

The Machine Operator position is responsible for ensuring the continuing safe and efficient production process for the Morristown facility, including the set-up, validation and operation of automatic packaging equipment that produces wet wipes

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Support the production and packaging of finished goods. Operate, troubleshoot, adjust, repair, and maintain production equipment to get maximum performance and efficiency Ensure the safe and efficient production of a quality product in an FDA-regulated facility Utilize JD Edwards, Factory Talk, Docushare, and DSI scan guns to safely produce quality products to customer specifications Follow cGMP procedures Daily responsibility for performing quality checks, sampling and accurately completing required documentation Set up and operate a variety of machines Demonstrate commitment to Rockline/Iatric's RRITE Values of Renew, Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, and Excellence Associates have a direct and important role in ensuring that all work is performed in a safe manner. Effectiveness in carrying out this responsibility is part of each associate's essential accountabilities. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.) High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience Experience with computer usage within a manufacturing environment Excellent attention to detail in daily work as well as extensive documentation Excellent interpersonal skills Motivation for continuous learning Ability to openly embrace change

WORK ENVIRONMENT
