Direct Hire position Several opportunities during 1st year for payrate increases based on performance Health insurance, 401k match, life insurance Cold Header Operator Responsibilities Setup, adjust and operate Header/ Threader and other equipment Pull tooling components for repair and re-install Check parts, verify stock, and complete paperwork Weigh and record containers of parts Perform quality checks and record data Cold Header Operator Requirements High School diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years of manufacturing experience is required Must have cold head/ cold forge experience, Header threader experience a plus, but will train on this area Must possess strong math and communication skills The ability to read and understand company part prints and lift to 45 lbs.
