Position Summary Stage Technician III collaborates with production staff to support the setup and breakdown (load-in and strike) of live events, ensuring equipment is installed safely, accurately, and in accordance with client specifications. Key Responsibilities Assist with on-site load-in and load-out of staging and production equipment per client requirements Install stage elements including carpentry, trussing, and rigging components Inspect equipment to ensure orders are complete and accurate for proper installation Read and interpret plans, layouts, and blueprints Support loading and unloading of trucks Perform general warehouse duties, including equipment maintenance and minor repairs Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent required Technical Degree preferred 2+ years of relevant industry experience required Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Basic math skills (addition, subtraction) Positive work attitude and strong work ethic Effective communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to regularly lift and move up to 70 lbs. Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new equipment and processes Strong time management skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed Schedule & Work Environment Full-time position 8-hour day shift (Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, with additional OT hours as needed) On-site role in Nashville, TN Additional Qualifications Valid driver's license preferred
