Senior Textile Cutting Machine Operator Nerdwax | Nashville, TNFull-Time | Monday-Friday | Day Shift We are looking for an experienced Textile Cutting Machine Operator to join our team in Nashville. We're a family-owned manufacturing company that creates microfiber products & specialty accessories. We are looking for someone who already has hands-on experience running automated textile cutting equipment. We're hoping to find someone who can step in with confidence, take ownership of the cutting process, and help us continue to grow. If you've worked with textile cutting systems and enjoy solving problems, improving efficiency, and being part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Operate and maintain automated textile cutting equipment Set up and run production jobs Create or manage nesting layouts and cut files Monitor quality and ensure accurate cuts Troubleshoot machine issues and keep production moving Help improve efficiency and reduce material waste Work closely with our production team to meet daily goals What We're Looking For At least 3 years of experience operating automated textile cutting equipment Experience with systems such as Shima, Spyro, Gerber, Lectra, Eastman, or similar equipment Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Experience in textile, apparel, upholstery, embroidery, or fabric manufacturing Someone who enjoys taking ownership of their work and finding ways to improve processes Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Pay:
$20.00 - $28.00 per hour
