What Gets You Hired High school diploma or GED Machine operator experience a plus Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure Ability to read and understand print specification documents and follow written instructions Proficient in computer skills and data entry Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Good with mechanics, tools, and troubleshooting Able to lift heavy and power through the day Dependable, safe, and team-focused
