M. Monday -Thursday 4 Day Work Week!
Molding Schedule:
2: 00pm-10: 30

Job Description:
We are seeking Assembly Technicians to contribute to our production processes. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in the assembly of our products, ensuring quality and efficiency in our operations. This position offers a great opportunity for those who are detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and eager to be part of a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform assembly tasks as per standard operating procedures, blueprints, and work instructions. Inspect components and finished products for quality, ensuring they meet company standards. Operate various hand and power tools to assemble, adjust, and fasten components. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols. Report any issues, defects, or malfunctions to the supervisor or quality control team. Assist in the continuous improvement of assembly processes, suggesting process enhancements and efficiency improvements.
Qualifications:
Basic reading, math and reasoning skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task and follow work schedule.
