The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery in a manufacturing environment. This role requires attention to detail, a strong understanding of mechanical processes, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. The Machine Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring production goals are met while adhering to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance during production runs. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand specifications for assembly and fabrication. Assemble components accurately according to established procedures and quality standards. Utilize precision measuring tools such as micrometers to ensure product specifications are met. Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts. Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic repairs as needed. Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to maximize efficiency and output. Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as required for material handling. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably as a Machine Operator or similar role. Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding technical specifications. Familiarity with CNC machinery and logic controllers is highly desirable. Experience with tooling, assembly line processes, and fabrication techniques is preferred. Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is an advantage but not required at hiring (training will be provided). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
