Analyze and prepare surfaces for blasting and metallizing, ensuring proper equipment functionality before use. Blast and metallize metallic structures in accordance with operational procedures, strip sections to remove process waste, and perform thorough cleaning of sections and booths after blasting and metallizing. Conduct internal and external blowing and cleaning of metallic structures to maintain quality standards. Transport metallic components using bridge cranes or forklifts and install or remove painting stars, metallic structures, and other setups as required. Perform measurements to verify process quality and report anomalies, damages, accidents, or absenteeism to supervisors. Optimize available tools and resources to minimize downtime and maintain productivity targets, completing all required inspection and production documentation. Participate in training programs, follow all safety standards, and consistently use personal protective equipment. Record clock-in and task completion data using SAP stations at the beginning and end of each production task while performing additional duties as needed to support efficient operations.

Education:
None.
Experience:
Two (2) years as an Industrial Blasting Operator, in the position above, or a related role; Experience must include: 1. Analyzing and preparing heavy steel surfaces to blast and metallize; 2. Stripping steel and blasting sections to remove process waste; and 3. Internal and external blowing and cleaning after blasting and metallizing.
