In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining rock crushing equipment to produce high-quality aggregate materials. Your expertise will help ensure efficient production processes, safety compliance, and the smooth operation of heavy machinery on-site. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your mechanical skills and hands-on experience make a real impact. Duties Operate rock crushing machinery safely and efficiently, ensuring optimal output and quality standards Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on crushers, conveyors, and related equipment to prevent breakdowns Load raw materials into crushers using loaders or other heavy equipment, adhering to safety protocols Monitor production processes, adjusting settings as needed to meet project specifications Assist with fabrication tasks such as welding or machining when required for equipment repairs or modifications Maintain accurate records of production data, equipment maintenance logs, and safety inspections Support activities including material handling, storage organization, and inventory management Skills Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as loaders in construction environments Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on crushing machinery Skilled in fabrication techniques including welding and machining to support equipment maintenance Knowledge of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation and construction sites Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and operational instructions accurately Join our team and become part of a dedicated workforce committed to delivering top-quality materials through safe practices and innovative solutions.
