You'll ensure that machines and support systems are maintained, optimized, and ready to perform. Your work will directly support our mission to redefine how shoes are made—locally, sustainably, and on demand.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on 3D printers, post-processing machines, and facility systems Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and basic software malfunctions Support installation, setup, and testing of new equipment and process improvements Maintain accurate documentation of performed work and maintenance schedules Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for technical improvements Ensure all safety protocols and quality standards are followed Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to support seamless operations Your profile Solid knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems Familiarity with pneumatic systems and basic industrial controls Experience with maintenance documentation and basic diagnostic tools Proactive and detail-oriented Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills Reliable team player with a hands-on mentality
Language:
